The Following services are provided and the Time Line is also mentioned below.

1. Vastu Floor Plan - 4 Days
2. 3D Floor Plan for Ground Floor Building - 3 Days
3. RCC Structural Design - 6 Days
4. 3D Exterior Elevation - 4 Days
5. Bill of Materials (This BOM Shows only Civil Construction material requirement) - 3 Days
6. Steel Requirement will be Provided (Note: Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) will not be provided. ) - 4 Days
All Together Delivery Time will be - 24 Days from the date of Receipt of Advance
70% Advance & 30 % after Completion of the above Services for each item.
At the time of Sending the Quotation, We will send you a detailed Breakup of advance payment for each item of the above said Services.
Here is the Scale of Price list provided in accordance to the Ground Floor Total Built-Up area Only.

Even If you Go with G+1 or G+2 Floors, The Price will be considered for Ground Floor Built-Up Area Only.
